Our Facility in Jebel Ali
Our purpose-built facility is located at Plot S40808A, South Zone 4 (Chemical Zone), Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE, and was completed in 2025 to meet the highest standards for chemical logistics. The site spans a 17,000 sqm plot with 10,500 sqm of built-up warehouse space, designed for safe, efficient, and scalable handling of chemical and hazardous materials within a fully regulated free zone environment.
The facility provides 16,000 pallet positions across three fully segregated warehouses. Two warehouses are dedicated to hazardous storage with G+5 selective racking, while one non-hazardous warehouse features G+8 selective racking. Storage areas are segregated into hazardous, non-hazardous, and temperature-controlled zones. The site includes nine loading bays (three per warehouse), a large side-loading yard, and three elevated access ramps. Loading bays are separated from storage areas to maintain stable internal temperatures.

The facility operates with full approvals from JAFZA, EHS, Trakhees, and Dubai Civil Defence and is supported by AED 50,000,000 commercial general liability insurance for stored goods, along with over AED 50,000,000 in property insurance. Operations are reinforced through regular audits, EHS inspections, and continuous staff training. The site is secured with 24/7 security, SIRA-integrated CCTV coverage, strict MSDS-based access controls, and 24/7 operations supported by on-site supervisors and a dedicated safety officer, ensuring constant readiness and compliance.
